Please read before signing up to a commission

Time frames for completion of Commissions is subject to the design agreed. Though this time frame will be estimated on submittal of the quote from Monster Ego, please be understanding that I am just 1 person trying to complete these and sometimes timing can be wrong. I will ensure communication throughout the creation of your commission is regular and informative so that you will always know what is going on, photos of progress and anything that may impact the timeframe is highlighted when encountered.

The sculpture will be packaged and shipped with the aim to keep it safe and undamaged. Should the item arrive damaged, please contact me straight away and if possible, provide photos. This way we can report it to the courier and try and find a solution to the damage.  Some of the design features can be fragile by nature, I will package with this in consideration though couriers do sometimes damage items so please be assured if any damage does happen I will do the best I can to resolve the matter though I am not a large company so please have patience with me in this situation.

Deposit – 50% Deposit after initial agreement from both parties of design based off consultation. Remaining 50% after completion of commission fully painted and ready to ship.
